The Nelson Mandela University Choir falls under the auspices of the University's

Arts, Culture and Heritage

This is an acclaimed South African choir, internationally recognised for its multi-cultural membership and diverse repertoire. The Choir consists of students and alumni from different walks of life and . The choir prides itself on being multi-cultural in both membership and the music it performs. Since its inception in 1994 the Choir has gained a reputation for its unique ability to successfully interpret both Western and African repertoire and has since become sought after at choral festivals internationally.
